The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@detect-ai.org. There is no phone line or physical office to visit, so email is the single channel we watch closely. To help us respond well, please include a clear description of your question and, if it relates to a specific result, the text or a screenshot that shows what you were seeing.
What to reach out about
People write to us for all kinds of reasons, and every one is welcome. Send bug reports when something breaks or scores oddly, or feedback and feature requests when you have an idea to make the tool better. Report a false positive if you believe your own writing was wrongly flagged as AI, and we will review it. We also handle partnership and advertising inquiries, press requests, and privacy or data requests about the information we process.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2-3 business days, and often much sooner. Because we are a lean team, occasional busy stretches can slow things down, but nothing is ignored. If your message is urgent or time-sensitive, please say so in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
